New Futures Career Navigator:
About: The New Futures Career Navigator is a free interactive online tool created by the DC non-profit New Futures where youth and young adults can explore careers and interest areas by taking a career assessment. Users complete the career assessment and are given their top three career clusters based on their interests.

O*Net My Next Move Application:
About: The O*Net My Next Move application is free online tool where users search and explore careers using a variety of methods. Users can browse using key words, by industry type or by taking an assessment. The tool provides detailed background on the required education, personality, skills, and abilities required for a wide range of career fields and positions.

Department of Employment Services (DOES)- American Jobs Center:
About: The DOES-American Jobs Center (AJC) is a network of one-stop centers where DC residents can go for career counseling, job search assistance, employment workshops (such as resume building, job searching, computer and computer basics), and referrals to education and training programs. Visitors can also use computers, fax machines, telephones and copiers. It is also the place to file for Unemployment Insurance and find DC labor market information. Must have a valid ID to enter AJCs.

About: Martha’s Table Outfitters is a DC non-profit where people can get clothing, including professional attire for interviews and employment. You can visit Martha’s Outlet once every 60 days to select clothing. To get clothes you can visit one of the locations listed below during their business hours and they will allow you to browse and select clothing from the store. An ID is required to get clothing. Things are also available to purchase at a low cost.

About:  Suited for Change provides professional attire, shoes and matching accessories to low-income women who are entering the job market or who have recently started a new job. Clients meet one-on-one with trained volunteers, also known as "wardrobe consultants," who assist them in assembling a professional wardrobe.
