DOH -- HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD & TB Administration 

Mission: The HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD and TB Administration (HAHSTA) is the core District government agency to prevent HIV/AIDS, STDs, Tuberculosis and Hepatitis, reduce transmission of the diseases and provide care and treatment to persons with the diseases. HAHSTA partners with health and community-based organizations to offer testing and counseling, prevention education and intervention, free condoms, medical support, free medication and insurance, housing, nutrition, personal care, emergency services, and direct services at its STD and TB Clinics and more for residents of the District and the metropolitan region.

Foster Care Action- Agency Leaders & Staff

Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA): CFSA is a DC Agency that investigates reports of child abuse and neglect and provides a home for child and young adults who are not able to live with their families. CFSA also provides community based services for families working to overcome difficulties.

CFSA Director Raymond Davidson is at the top of the “chain-of-command” of the agency. Everyone who works within CFSA ultimately answers to him. Although your social worker is the first person that you should contact if you continue to experience and issue and your social worker, your social worker’s supervisor and others are not helping them you should contact Director Davidson and Deputy Director Davidson.
